Q: What is your role at Subscribili and how do you support practices?

Amanda: As the Director of Partner Success, I work closely with dental practices to help them thrive within our membership platform. My role is to provide personalized support, insights, and strategies that drive patient engagement and revenue growth. I’m here to ensure our partners have everything they need to succeed.

Q: What’s your favorite aspect of your current role?

Amanda: The best part is seeing the direct impact we have on our partners. Helping a practice build a membership model that improves patient care and drives business growth is incredibly rewarding. Every day is a new opportunity to collaborate with amazing teams and solve challenges creatively—that keeps me energized and excited.

Q: How do you build and maintain strong client relationships?

Amanda: It’s all about being proactive and approachable. I stay in regular contact with our dental partners, making sure they know I’m always available to support them. I focus on understanding their specific goals and challenges so I can offer tailored solutions that create real value and trust over time.

Q: What sets Subscribili apart from other companies?

Amanda: We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Subscribili tailors every aspect of the experience to fit each practice’s unique needs and patient base. From customized membership plans to personalized support, we’re focused on creating solutions that work for each practice, which helps them grow sustainably.

Q: What’s one major pain point you hear from clients, and how does Subscribili help?

Amanda: A common frustration is the reliance on insurance companies, which limits both patient care and practice revenue. Subscribili helps practices shift to a more direct patient relationship through flexible membership plans, giving them greater control over their revenue and allowing them to deliver better care without insurance headaches.

Q: What’s a recent accomplishment at Subscribili that you're particularly proud of?

Amanda: I’m proud of how much I’ve grown since joining Subscribili. Coming from a background in value-based care, this was my first time working in the dental space, and I’ve learned so much. That growth has helped me better support our partners and contribute to their success in meaningful ways.

Q: How do you stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements?

Amanda: I stay close to the thought leaders driving change in the dental world. Whether it’s through client meetings, industry publications, or following experts online, I make sure I’m always learning from those who are pushing the industry forward.

Q: What’s a key piece of advice you’d give to someone joining your team?

Amanda: Embrace flexibility and creativity. In our fast-paced environment, where we customize everything for each practice, things are constantly evolving. Being open to change and new ideas is crucial for success here

Q: What are your goals for the next year at Subscribili?

Amanda: I’m excited to use my experience in process improvement to set up scalable systems at Subscribili as we grow. Having efficient processes in place will be key to our continued success, and I look forward to helping build those frameworks.


Q: What’s a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work?

Amanda: I love gardening! I’m currently trying to grow tomatoes, peppers, and peaches in the Texas heat, which sometimes feels like I’m running a drought experiment. It’s taught me resilience, which I bring to my work at Subscribili.

Q: If you could master a new skill instantly, what would it be?

Amanda: I’d love to become a polyglot. Being able to speak multiple languages would allow me to connect with more people and explore different cultures through their native languages.

Q: What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work?

Amanda: Spending time with my husband and our two dogs is my favorite way to relax. Whether we’re taking them for a walk or just hanging out at home, it’s a great way to disconnect and enjoy some downtime.
